If you want to carry on playing these games after that date, you'll need to buy them or hope they get re-added.
Here is the list of the Extra/Premium games leaving the service on May 16: Hopefully, it will return (along with its PS5 remaster) in the lead-up to the sequel. Its status as a licensed title is likely the reason, but it's still a shame. The big one is the removal of Marvel's Spider-Man, which is a Sony first-party title and therefore the kind of game you'd expect to stay on their subscription service in perpetuity.
